ChocoRite is a low-carb candy manufacturer, from whom I was recently able to try a few of their Low Carb Candy Bars. They also produce chocolate bars, protein bars and protein shakes, but in this article I’ll be discussing three of their low-carb candy bars; the Chocolate Crispy Caramels, Chocolate Covered Caramels, and Peanut Butter Cup Patties. In total, there are eight different milk and dark chocolate varieties.

Sucralose is an artificial sweetener and sugar substitute. The majority of ingested sucralose is not broken down by the body, so it is noncaloric.[4] In the European Union, it is also known under the E number E955. Sucralose is about 320 to 1,000 times sweeter than sucrose,[5] three times as sweet as aspartame, twice as sweet as sodium saccharin and three times as sweet as acesulfame potassium. It is stable under heat and over a broad range of pH conditions. Therefore, it can be used in baking or in products that require a longer shelf life. The commercial success of sucralose-based products stems from its favorable comparison to other low-calorie sweeteners in terms of taste, stability, and safety.[6] Common brand names of sucralose-based sweeteners are Splenda, Zerocal, Sukrana, SucraPlus, Candys, Cukren, and Nevella. Canderel Yellow also contains sucralose, but the original Canderel and Green Canderel do not. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sucralose

The next best thing that I’ve found to satisfy a soda craving is flavored sparkling water, and thus far the best tasting of these that I’ve found is definitely Sparkling ICE.
