One of my favorite sweet treats are brownies.  And I don’t mean fluffy chocolate cake taking the form of a little square, I mean dense, chewy, fudgey brownies.  I have tried countless low-carb, diabetic, and sugar-free brownie mixes and have been sorely disappointed… until now.  They still are not quite the consistency of a real brownie made with sugar, however the Gourmet Chocolate Brownie Mix from Diabetic Kitchen produces the closest approximation that I’ve found by a pretty wide margin.
