My name is Dustin D. Trammell and I’d like to welcome you to my new blog, The Ketogenic Sweet Tooth. I both personally maintain a ketogenic diet while simultaneously have a wicked sweet tooth.
Going ketogenic, I initially thought that, avoiding nearly all sugar, I would have to give up all of my favorite sweets. This made me very, very sad. Not so however! Over the past three years of maintaining a ketogenic diet, I have discovered many sweet treats that are either very low sugar, sugar free, or use artificial sweeteners to satisfy that sweet tooth, and I intend to present and detail those products here in this blog for YOU, my fellow lover of the sweet. I’ll also be presenting a bit of science as well, covering various artificial sweeteners, ketogenic and sugar related bodily functions, and other pertinent physiological phenomena.
I hope you enjoy!
